Winter Carnival glows from snowbowl to the plunge

The Kahnawake Youth Center’s annual Winter Carnival wrapped on a Saturday with a classic game of dodgeball. The carnival included a week of activities some that glowed, some that bounced and some that got people wet in the cold.
