Advertising with the Eastern Door

The Eastern Door is an award-winning newspaper, published weekly, that has been serving the Mohawk community of Kahnawake for the last sixteen years. Covering issues from news to sports to politics to human-interest stories, people in Kahnawake rely on The Eastern Door to keep them informed and up-to-date on issues that affect them.

If you want to reach the Mohawks of Kahnawake, The Eastern Door is the primary vehicle to get their attention with 2,500 copies sold per week and a dynamic website that is updated weekly.

Two polls, one by the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake and one by Angus Reed, concluded that The Eastern Door was the first source of information that the community relies on.

The facts prove the value of attracting Kahnawake clientele. An economic leakage survey completed in 2006 indicated that residents spend more than $33 million a year within the community and over $70 million more outside of Kahnawake. If you want a piece of that action, ADVERTISE in The Eastern Door and easterndoor.com.
